The Board of Directors consists of 13 directors who manage the property and business of The Christian and Missionary Alliance in Canada. Directors must be members of the Alliance and they are elected for a term by delegates at General Assembly. The biennial General Assembly constitutes the annual meeting of members. All member churches are represented by duly appointed delegates.
Each year the Board elects its Chair, Vice Chair and Secretary from among its members. Members of the Board serve without remuneration.
